RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product is faulty, damaged, unsafe, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.

For change-of-mind returns, please contact us before returning any product. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion where the product is unused, unopened, in its original packaging and in resalable condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cleaning chemicals, liquids and other consumable cleaning products may not be accepted for change-of-mind returns.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or faulty product, please contact us with your order details and photographs where appropriate.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
