Shipping policy

We ship eligible orders to addresses within Australia.

Shipping availability, charges and estimated delivery times may depend on the delivery address, order size, weight and products ordered.

Estimated delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier, postal or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Certain cleaning chemicals or hazardous products may be subject to transport restrictions and may not be available for delivery to every location.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If an order arrives damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible
